If you wish to cancel/return your order you must inform us with 14 days (beginning on the day you receive your package from the courier service) by emailing web@trailerstuff.ie and quoting your Order # and intentions, and you then have 14 days to return the items. Please allow 10 working days for returns to be inspected and for any refunds or other actions to show.
If returning an order to exchange for another, we advise that you place a new order online for the correct parts and this will be processed and shipped as a new order.
Your existing order can then be refunded once we receive the items you are returning.
Carriage cost of your order will be deducted from the refund amount, unless special circumstances mean otherwise.
Your returns package must include a note inside including your Name, Contact info, Order # and intentions for the return (ie. refund, exchange, replace etc.)
Failure to include this will result in a delay in your return being processed, or may prevent your refund until you take further action.
